You are responsible for having the rights or permission required to process and publish content from any source you add to Klippah.

Permission badges

Every target carries an internal source status: Owner, Authorized, Written permission, Pending, or Not confirmed. These statuses are audit metadata, not a creator-approval gate: you can add a public source and create clips without the creator confirming your target. Publishing or redistributing the result still requires you to follow the applicable rights, licence, platform, and attribution rules.

Takedown requests

Rights holders can report unauthorized use at klippah@aiwithenoch.com. Include your contact information, the protected work, the Klippah content or source URL, the basis for your claim, and a statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith.

No guarantees

Klippah does not claim or guarantee monetization, views, or fair-use protection for any generated clip.
