Privacy Policy

Klippah processes account and media data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to klippah@aiwithenoch.com.

Data we collect

We collect account details, workspace settings, billing status, source-video links, connected-platform metadata, generated clip data, support messages, and product security and usage logs. Payment card details are handled by Dodo Payments and are not stored by Klippah.

How we use it

We use this data to authenticate you, create clips, operate automations you enable, publish to accounts you connect, provide billing and support, prevent abuse, and improve Klippah. We do not sell personal information.

Media processing and retention

Source media may be downloaded to protected processing infrastructure and is intended to be deleted after processing. Generated clips and their metadata remain available while needed for your workspace or until you delete them, subject to backups and legal obligations.

Connected services

When you connect a social platform, Klippah and its integration provider Composio process the authorization and actions you approve. We also use Supabase for account and workspace data, Dodo Payments for billing, Cloudflare for application delivery, and processing providers needed to create media. Those providers handle data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Your choices

You can disconnect social accounts, cancel billing, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. Email klippah@aiwithenoch.com from your account email so we can verify the request.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Providers may process data in countries other than your own. No online service can promise absolute security.

Children

Klippah is not directed to children under 13.
