Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Klippah, you agree to these terms. If you use Klippah for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your responsibilities

You must own or have permission to process and publish every source you add. You are responsible for reviewing generated clips before publishing and for complying with copyright, privacy, publicity, platform, advertising, and other applicable rules.

Content ownership

You retain your rights in your content. You grant Klippah a limited license to host, process, transform, and transmit it only as needed to provide the features you request. Generated output remains subject to rights in the source material.

Acceptable use

Do not use Klippah for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful activity; to spam; to evade platform protections; to distribute malware; or to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the service. We may limit or suspend activity that threatens users, platforms, or Klippah.

Billing

A Klippah day pass is a one-time purchase of $4 and unlocks clipping for 24 hours from successful payment. It does not renew automatically. Monthly plans are Launch ($9/month), Creator ($19/month), Pro ($39/month), and Agency ($100/month); monthly plans renew until cancelled through the payment provider or by contacting Klippah support. There is no free trial. Taxes and currency conversion may apply. Our payment provider processes payments.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Klippah reliable, but processing and third-party platform features can be delayed or unavailable. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice when a material change affects a paid plan.

No performance guarantee

Klippah does not guarantee views, virality, revenue, platform approval, or uninterrupted availability. Suggestions and automated output require your judgment and review.

Termination

You may stop using Klippah at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or security risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
